Asperen, P.H. van Asperen, Piet Hein van Asperen ..... (born 1895-1969)

Piet Hein van Asperen, born on the 8th of februar in 1895 and died in 1969. He lived and worked in Harlingen, Amsterdam, Rotterdam till 1930 and Leeuwarden. He was a student of the Quellinusschool in Amsterdam and from J.B. Heukelom and C. Rol. He painted (watercolour, oil and drawings) stillifes, harbour views, figures and city views. Some of his paintings you can see at the Zuiderzeemuseum in Enkhuizen and at the cityhall in Leeuwarden
